When upgrading to Big Bang version 2.27.0, the Gitlab Runner chart throws an error.

Helm upgrade failed for release gitlab-runner/gitlab-runner with chart gitlab-runner@0.63.0-bb.6: chart requires kubeVersion: >=1.29.0-0
