Ideally a range of collets would be available to allow you to use a variety of router bits with different shank sizes, and different drill bits.

The standard collet kit we have is this one: https://www.cnc-step.com/collet-kit-kress/ which contains a 8mm, 6mm, and 1/8" collet.

At Cambridge Makespace we have a collet set that runs up from 1mm to 7mm, and a couple of collets that work with things like 1/4" shanks, which are very common.

The manual for the milling motor (https://static1.squarespace.com/static/590201b2c534a5e9a1805645/t/592eca3415d5dbac1c5d57b2/1496238646595/46502001+UAD+30-RF+englisch.pdf) does not indicate the collet type used, just the diameter of the collet supplied. Based on measurements of that supplied collets (diameter 14.5mm, length 26mm) it seems to be a DIN6388 EOC8 or DIN6388A 401E type collet.

Looking on eBay I can see a couple of places selling individual collets that claim to match the Suhner:

These are individual collets at about £20 each plus shipping.
