Try double-sided sticky tape with glitter #1

Might work for "dipped" baubles if weather is bad for using spray outside. Not sure if it would be laser able.

This didn’t work well with the tape we had. Might work better with stronger tape.

But we’re going to pass on this for now anyway, and just use spray glue.
