Reprovision spare dymo labelwriter 450 #1232

This labelwriter was sitting on the site of the storage shelves by the soldering station. I'm going to reprovision it and test out a new concept for bringing issues into the real world. Jackie found some really cheap thermal labels online and it'd be worth checking them out, in the process she found red and yellow labels which would match well with the issue labels we have on github, so I'd like to try labeling things that are Must Does and-or Should-Does with these yellow and red labels in real life, with a QR code linking to the issue, along with it's issue number.

I've printed a spool holder from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2642531

This works really well, it's modular and can be used as both a dual spool and singular spool.

@magman2112 I've looked all around for a 24v power supply, but can't find one. Just asking if you know of the existence of one before I purchase one online.
