Organise wiki documents for 3d printers and octoprint #1254

Since we now have two resident Ender 3's and a CR10-S (which already has a wki page) it would make sense to organise such that both are visible on the Wiki and are documented on how to use them.

Things that need to be documented include:

This needs to be done in a manner that creates a list of resident printers, documents the individuality of that printer, and explains octoprint. So maybe we should have a structure like this:

3D Printers Alex's Creality CR10s Matt's Ender 3 Alex's Ender 3 Felicity Prints Adam Octoprint

A page that catalogues all the printers we have and links to their individual notes. Individual notes on those printers A separate page for how to use Octoprint which is mentioned and linked to in the "3D Printers" section.

1252 Should be fulfilled once the Octoprint wiki is established, I'll be commenting in this issue regarding Octoprint, caveats in usability, ways to interface with it, etc. It would be really valuable if people could put notes in this issue and help evaluate it as I am attempting to.

1252 originally was titled 'Evaluate Octoprint' which was a little broad and I ended up having a different discussion inside of it. So I've renamed it to reflect what actually happened. Simply put, the Orange Pi Zeros we were using were too unstable when powered by USB, a lot of this can be alleviated by powering them via the GPIO however for unknown reasons, the simpler solution is to just use raspberry pi's since we only have 3 printers to worry about and the cost isn't too big of an issue, however it is a shame considering they're only £10.

I will start filling out the Wiki when ALL 3d printers are working and functional again, since this is a higher priority. Also, changes are being made as fixes are being applied, so it'd be a waste to document only to redocument.
