Which Printers Should We Keep? #1391

We currently have two printers sitting by the sensitive mail recycling, and two in Room 29. Of those four, I've literally only ever seen two of them used.

I'm not saying the others don't get used, by the way, just that I've never seen it happen. So my question is whether they actually are working and in use, or if they're just taking up space and being clutter rather than being of any practical purpose. If that's the case, should we a) try and find someone who wants them if they're in good working order, or b) get rid completely if not?

The colour inkjet printer in Room 29 could still be useful, currently broken (#1389)

The B&W laser by Matt/Russ's desks (the sensitive mail recycling) gets used pretty frequently (sometimes with trouble talking to it). I can't remember when I last saw the black one there used (it's @magman2112's isn't it?)

There's also the huge HP by the mailboxes. There seems to be some discussion about which of the big HP, the OKI in Room29, and possibly the black one too, over on #943.

Slimming down our printer collection sounds good to me, I managed to stop us keeping a sixth one recently :-)
