Is the X1 the cylindrical brush, rather than the side brushes? I've definitely got spares of the side brushes, my order history suggests I have a spare cylindrical brush too but I'll have to have a look around for that.
It's the cylindrical brush - the other brushes are looking a bit tatty too

Ok, I don't have a spare but we could probably use the one off mine although it might be in a similar state. I wonder if mine also needs a new belt, if someone finds a source and they're cheap they could get one for me too.

I'm wondering if you would considering to mix & match your vacuum (with this one) so we can clearly identify the faulty parts . This will then allow us to order replacement parts.
What are your thoughts?
Sounds fine, I’m planning to come in on Wednesday so will try to remember to bring it then.

Mine is sat on top of the other one in Room 29 together with a box of the spares that I have.

Hi John, thank you for bringing your RoboVac. I'm hoping to pop in tomorrow morning to see what can be done and ideally have an itemised list of the faulty parts.
Update: The roller seems to be the problem. I swapped it for John's and the rumbling sound stopped. I will relook at the original roller tomorrow (weather permitting).
I was unable to check Robovac today because it lacked power. I have placed on charge & will continue to definitively diagnose the problem.
Robovac problem identified as needing a belt & X1 external brush (located on bottom) .
