Pre-COVID, there was literally always cake, biscuits and/or other snacks around. There's a sweet jar on top of the drinks fridge that has sadly stood empty for months.
Unfortunately, it was decided that having things like that around that could serve as virus repositories wasn't the best idea for the time being, although I have absolutely no doubt that it will be back on the table as soon as possible.

@JackiePease https://github.com/JackiePease mentioned that their are occasional runs to Costco or other shops. It would be good to get a general supply of long lived snacks like biscuits or chocolate that can live in a cupboard for emergencies.
Presumably you can pick up a few variety packs for cheap and/or chocolate bars.

A while ago @goatchurchprime suggested Huel over in #613 - he got the unflavoured stuff which really didn't taste good so it didn't go down well. I've been drinking the flavoured stuff for a while and find it reasonable enough. I've now put a bag of chocolate and a bag of banana Huel on top of the fridge. You need to use the specific Huel bottle with the sieve piece to make sure it's not lumpy. I can't find the official scoop so I had to use the electronic scales that we use for measuring 3D prints but that worked well. Someone has offered me a load of bottles so hopefully I can add them to our collection in the near future.
