Display the dishwasher status #1541

It would be good if people could easily tell whether they can put dishes in the dishwasher or whether they should empty it. There's an example here which might be suitable for one of the new ESP32 that @goatchurchprime has ordered

Restrain me from working on this issue as a new project - would love this at my house, as well as at DoES!
