Tony is not cutting #1709

I tried to cut acrylic on Tony today. It cut in some places but not others. I tried on different settings. Someone tried to clean the mirrors. However it was still not cutting trough (it wasn’t even close).

I’m booked in again on Monday would really appreciate if someone could let me know if the problem has been fixed.

I did see @Sean-anotherone working on Tony - not sure what was done. Sasha says he's cutting well today.

Hi,

I haven’t been for a while and I’m wondering if I can book the embroidery machine on Wednesday 12th April? Also I will need white thread 🧵 I’m happy to bring some with me as I need a bit but I know it can only be a certain thread. Which one should I get?
