Phaser 7100N Colour printer not working #1952

Not been able to print with this printer for a while. Steps to replicate: try printing A4 or A3 colour No matter how you arrange the paper and paper holders in the paper tray, the printer always just comes up with an error message: "Load Tray 1"

This sounded familiar, if you take a look at #1821 there's some discussion of it being fiddly, but it worked ok for me printing A4 if I used tray 1.

After reading that thread, I managed to print an A3. When I changed the paper configuration, I had to follow the prompt to change the paper tray settings. If this is a duplicate issue, should I delete this one?
