Replace right hand tosca motor #507

The right hand servo goes bad sometimes. Spare one sitting on speaker. Needs the encoders wired in too

No - @helicalbytes and I have been talking about reviving this project. I'm happy to go through any remaining issues in the next week or so to see if they're still applicable.
