Switch the email address we use for apps to be an alias #601

We currently use a dedicated mailbox for signing up to services. This means someone has to monitor that account and things can get missed. We should switch this to an alias that goes into SupportBee and gets assigned to everyone, or a >1 person subset.

I've just added an out of office for it as I noticed a few people have had their laser bookings cancelled and have then replied to the email and it's gone into this black hole. Would still be better as an email alias really.
