Doorbot1 doesn't always record hotdesk visits #66

I'm wondering if our hot-desk usage system needs improving. Today there weren't any hot-deskers recorded. Two of those are the problem raised at https://github.com/DoESLiverpool/logcards/issues/2 and the other two were laser-cutter bookings that no-one (including me) had logged.

The first one is a bug in the doorbot system (or missing feature), but the second is more a bug in (some of) the people running the space ;-)

The second one will be helped by issue #45 but maybe there's scope for folding in the data from the laser-cutter booking system too?

We might not be able to do much more than fix the two linked issues, but I wanted to at least draw attention in this issue list to the logcards issue

I've had to log Ronan in manually today, despite him tapping in, and me hearing doorbot recognise him.

Something for whoever is in to keep a bit of an eye on until this is fixed.

So the actual problem at the moment is that the Google Docs form has been updated so the URL needs updating, logged for log cards here https://github.com/DoESLiverpool/logcards/issues/3

The logcards#3 issue has been closed, so closing this one too.
