Document DoES v1 for the archive #671

I'm not sure we've got an archive yet, but that shouldn't stop us from getting some photos/video/3D scans of the current space.

Inspired by this video of the Eames' studio being packed down, from this "encouragement" by Alexandra D-S.

We should do this sooner rather than later, as it'd be good to document things before they get packed away, and that will be happening in days rather than weeks...

@Thingomy and Andy Goodwin did a whole load of documenting. We still need to gather all the stuff together into one place, so I'll leave this open, but the parts that needed to happen before the move are done.

Who should I contact to gather all this stuff together? Is it just @Thingomy and Andy, or are there others?
