I'm intending to submit the following:
DoES Liverpool continued to provide affordable coworking, workshop and events space to the maker community in Liverpool. We also continued the search for new premises and preparations for affording the move. This resulted in the final choice of the new premises which we hope to move into during the following financial year. We continued to host community events and had a presence at a number of third party events such as Makefest Manchester and Makefest Liverpool.
PART 2 – CONSULTATION WITH STAKEHOLDERS – Please indicate who the company’s stakeholders are; how the stakeholders have been consulted and what action, if any, has the company taken in response to feedback from its consultations? If there has been no consultation, this should be made clear.
DoES Liverpool’s stakeholders are the maker community together with other small businesses and freelancers. We have regularly kept the community updated on what we are doing by blogging and communicating via our Google Group mailing list and receive most feedback through said group. We also use GitHub Issues to plan projects and tasks and again collect a lot of feedback on that platform.
PART 3 – DIRECTORS’ REMUNERATION – if you have provided full details in your accounts you need not reproduce it here. Please clearly identify the information within the accounts and confirm that, “There were no other transactions or arrangements in connection with the remuneration of directors, or compensation for director’s loss of office, which require to be disclosed” (See example with full notes). If no remuneration was received you must state that “no remuneration was received” below.
No remuneration was received by directors.
Happy with that

As a CIC we must fill in the CIC34 form. We don't tend to provide a lot of information on here given we communicate with the community through other mechanisms but can give a brief update on our activities during the year.
