Create the letter blocks #5

I've made a start on the taking the individual blank block and bringing it into openscad: https://github.com/DoESLiverpool/st-johns-beacon/blob/master/large-multi-piece/Letter%20Ring/letter.scad

But next this needs the letter cutting out to create the internal void for printing.
