Doesn't this pose the same risk as nasty reportback images -- what if someone (me) tweets something nasty @dosomething ? Even if we go to take it down, a visitor will have already seen it if it's not moderated as "Yes allow this"

just in the idea stage right now for this reason, we really need to figure out "where we draw the line". Eg: I've seen silly & weird usernames for signups and text messages, but we still allow that. Whereas images were now looking to censor from the public.

Removing this from V3, was intentionally left out because we need to decide what is / isn't appropriate
