Missing reportback info for one person #329

this user has a reportback however in gladiator they are shown with no activity

I checked in phoenix and this person doesn't have a Northstar ID, that used to mean it had trouble syncing, but I'm not sure if that's the case anymore.

I cleared cache in phoenix, but that also didn't update the reportback.

This person has the wrong drupal id in their northstar account, so none of the info is snycing over to NS.

I was able to manually change the drupal id via aurora.
