What's this PR do?

This pull request removes the Terraform resources for our old Ashes instances. 🔥

How should this be reviewed?

The plan should show "no changes"!

Any background context you want to provide?

Otherwise, we'd recreate EC2 instances with the given settings to undo this "drift".
