In order to support remote debugging via an IDE and PHPUnit, xdebug will need to be installed. Should this be included in the based container or added through an extension of this container?

The discussion whether we should include development software in docker images is still in progress. cc @sheyd

Would it make sense that the DockerFile of the development application add the development software?
