This is to document user.password_reset.transactional message.

Additional changes:

activity_timestamp type fixed: this should have been set to Number
application_id extended to actually identify application client. Concerning old multisite apps, I don't think they end up using this API anyways.
registration_source removed. Email tags can be generated based on application_id.
