• [x] Add campaign_language to Campaign report back changelog
• [x] Remove campaign_country to Campaign report back changelog
• [x] Adjust User Registration changelog "mailchimp_list_id determined in API" to include "based onuser_county` collected from Northstar"
• [x] Adjust User Registration changelog email_template to include activity as value to determine the template name.
• [x] Adjust Password Reset changelog, expand on RESET_LINK
• [x] Adjust Password Reset changelog, expand on how email_tag will be defined.
• [x] Adjust Campaign Signup changelog, include activity in defining email_tag.
• [x] Adjust Campaign Signup changelog, use campaign_country, campaign_language and user_language to define email_template.
