Refs https://github.com/DoSomething/northstar-js/pull/14#issuecomment-246505490.:

  1) NorthstarClient unauthorized getUser() by id should return correct Northstar user:
     Error: timeout of 2000ms exceeded. Ensure the done() callback is being called in this test

@sergii-tkachenko any suggestions for what to change it to?
