excel output is impractical #16

Great package but excel output format is a real pain to integrate with other 
scripts. If I could have my junction annotations in csv format it would be so 
much better!

OK I was completely stupid. These files are indeed tab delimited but they have 
a .xls extension, which confused me and explained why I could not parse them 
using xls2csv.
So if I can rephrase my suggestions, why use a .xls suffix if the file is not 
an excel file? That seems like an odd choice.
