Failed on generating plotting through R

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  x86_64 GNU/Linux
2. tophat output accepted_hits.bam
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

-bash-3.2$ read_duplication.py -i accepted_hits.bam -o rseqc_dup
Load BAM file ...  Done
report duplicte rate based on sequence ...
report duplicte rate based on mapping  ...
generate R script ...
null device 
          1 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

read_duplication.py 2.3

Please provide any additional information below.

Don't worry about the issue -- it turns out the plotting is there. I was just 
confused by the null device message.
