Fresh Install, Database Error #1623

I seem to be having the same problem described in Issue #744, but on Windows instead of Ubuntu. New install, but the database version is 0, and won't upgrade. Tries to upgrade to Version 42, and errors out. LL Version: eeedbecc902974597691ba23b46d1944bbd6bbe6 OS: Windows 10 Interface: Bookstrap API: Not setup yet Source: Git

Oops, that's a typo. Missing a comma. Fixed now, sorry about that! It's the same symptoms but a new bug introduced yesterday
