Request - General option to search Providers with the title only #1672

Hi, this request might follow the idea of this previous one : "Request - Possible to search Providers without series name #663"

Actually, it is possible, after choosing "Manual", to do a search by choosing if we want a search by title/author, title, author or general. It's great for some missings books, but in my case I had to do it for all the books...

I'm looking for french books, and the only acceptable torrent providers for french books is YGGTorrent. I can only find books on this providers if I search the title of the book. But LazyLibrarian default search is "Author/Title/Series" (for what I see in the logs).

Exemple with "Les Jardins de la Lune" by Steven Erikson ("Le Livre des Martyrs" Series) on YggTorrent :

"Steven Erikson Les Jardins de la Lune: (Le Livre des Martyrs #1)" : NOK "Les Jardins de la Lune" ; OK

Is it possible to add this search settings as a general option ? To only search for a provider all the books by title only ? I'm good to if the option is for all providers :)
