Create TKLBAM hooks #36

Create hooks for backup / restore. Allow restore to upgrade user code and data to release of the published appliance.

Created a hook, this can be used to backup and migrate from older version to the newer automatically if enabled.

Closing this, as for now we won't have any hooks. Worst case we can use this else were maybe
