What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set Soundflower as open at login
2. Reboot

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
At startup soundflower is stuck, to work have to be killed,
disconnect/reconnect external sound card, then start again. Sometimes it shows
even double entry for external sound card one will make stuck soundflower, the
other will work fine.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.6.6b
10.8
