1.6.6b Install hangs at Prepare To Install...Plus any other installer of Soundcloud

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Downloaded Soundcloud 1.6.6b for Mountain Lion 10.8
2. Clicked on Install, pressed next, blah, blah
3. Installer hangs at "Preparing to install"...

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
None

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.6.6b with Mountain Lion 10.8.3

Please provide any additional information below.

I have tried all 1.6.x installers. Its all the same.

Well I think I found out the issues. Soundflower drivers install fine whenever 
I go into "Customize" and uncheck Soundflowbed. I restart and go back into the 
installer and choose only Soundbed and then is just hangs at "Preparing to 
install".....

BTW I can still use Soundflower but it has artifacts and phasing between 
anything like mainstage and Pro Tools or Logic and Pro tools....

Can't find a fix for this so no Soundflower for me...
