Remove Entry.blogged #78

It looks like Diff.tweeted is no longer set. It should be set when a tweet for a diff has been sent. Also I think we can remove DIff.blogged now.

Oh I see it is now being set in diffengine/twitter.py I keep forgetting that's there now! I still think it would be good to remove blogged though.
