Linking twitter Account #146

Hi,

I upgraded the hydrator version from 0.1.0 to 0.3.0 but when click on "Link Twitter Account" no popup window appear. can you please suggest a solution, please?

Sadly Twitter has revoked the API keys that Hydrator uses, and the new API terms don't support its continued operation.
