Add conda and badges #45

This PR adds badges in the readme + add conda installation. We need to wait that the packages is fully published on conda-forge before merging.

gsw-xarray available on conda! The linting test does not pass, it seems that the action is not running at all... Anyway I did not change anything else than the readme so I merge
