Incorrect saved filename for MP4

Steps to reproduce

1. Open video post
2. Use download button

Example post, link, markdown...

All posts/links which appear to be downloading MP4 files

Expected behaviour

With new MP4 feature, save the file with whatever filename is usually determined, with a .mp4 extension.

Current behaviour

File saves, but the resulting filename consistently looks something like this:

ny8bv84ghy56jc1.gif_format=mp4&s=e6d35dc3a90198ee32534df3a8c42b574f03856f

Not sure if it's the same problem, if not I'll open a separate issue, but similar to this: gifs being saved as mp4.
