The readme links to documentation at http://ember-service-worker.com/ but that url doesn't seem to exist.

Any plans on bringing the docs back online? What I was able to find seems incomplete

@hmcq6 I think the much bigger issue is https://github.com/DockYard/ember-service-worker/issues/187. Looks like this addon is going to need more changes to work with embroider. Since no one has committed anything since 3 years, I wonder if this addon is still maintained. Either we need to make this addon up-to-date again and see if there is someone helping us release, or it's probably better to find an alternative...
