We get a lot of requests for sharing other groups events. Make this into a repeatable machine.

Create an intake form
Leverage a mass-mailing tool, or leverage templates on Meetup.com
Add click-tracking tags to our emails
Send a once a week email with announcements, reminders, and "links of interest" (or whatever).

This may need to be split into sub-issues.
