plot-Functions do not plot zeros #30

If there were published zero articles e.g. in a month the plot functions will not consider this - connects only points for e.g. months for which at least one article was published.

plotWord and plotScot are fixed with commit 268. I will have a look at totRelative and totHeat as well.
