Hi Dennis,

Sorry, no, we have actually replaced the bitcoin payments to PayPal instead because the delayed bitcoin payments are causing more problems than solutions, the bitcoin payments were a new feature we implemented but we removed it now since most people couldn’t figure out how to activate their license as you saw, so please update to the latest version by running the install/update command on our homepage again at Snipeable.com http://snipeable.com/ but before doing so ensure you completely exit out the app so that it is not running in the background system tray, and then proceed to update your Bid Sniper installation, once you update successfully, then proceed to add a snipe to popup the payment window again and select 6 month license which is what you already paid for then proceed to make your PayPal payment and once your payment is completed it will instantly activate your license now instead of waiting 15 minutes, and then once we receive your PayPal payment we will refund it and your license will be activated and you will be able to use the software now.

We apologize for all the frustration this new bitcoin payment system has caused you and will work promptly to activate your license right away.

No problem, I appreciate your kind words, as you may imagine our position can be kind of overwhelming as well since we get users calling us names sometimes without even giving us a chance to support them first, but I’m glad that you are all taken care of now, it was our fault to begin with, we should have never implemented the bitcoin payment system knowing it had a 15 minute delay for processing time, we should have known that would cause a problem, but that’s ok, now we know and will never make that same mistake again.

Anyway, thank you for your understanding and patience, and if you need any further support please don't hesitate to let us know, all we really strive for is your customer satisfaction, that’s all but sometimes that is harder than it seems.
