Pugna, The Suck Machine #292

M1 -Magical. Shoots a half-red and half-green projectile. Deals 1 dmg on enemy hit and heals Pugna for 1 HP. Heals 1 HP to your ally if projectile hits him but then deals 1 dmg to Pugna. Cant receive heal from trees/runes/entities etc. , only heroes.

Q - Channeling. Pugna starts sucking life forces from EVERYONE who are in the small AoE controlled by cursor. Lasts 3.5 sec. Steals 1 HP per sec. After stealing 3 HP skill interrupts and Pugna receives 40% movespeed bonus for 2 secs. Can't affect runes/trees/entities etc., only heroes. CD: 5

W - placing a ward that sucks HP from enemies around it. Steals 1 HP for being in area for 1 sec. Lasts 5 sec and is invulnerable(but still moveable) for this duration. After 5 sec it transforms all stolen HP into its HP and become vulnerable to EVERYONE. The player who lasthits this ward restores his HP depending on initial ward HP. (example: ward stole 4 HP, after 5 sec its became a 4 HP entity and if you lasthit it you will restore 4 HP). Ward cant steals HP from runes/trees/entities etc., only heroes. CD: 8

E - become immune to all the damage(not disables/debuffs/etc.) for 1.5 secs. All heal is blocked while this skill is active. CD: 5

R - charges his staff with bright red fire. Next M1 gonna be changed depending on Oblivion stacks accumulated and some stuff below: = Pugna receives 1 Oblivion stack after using an ulti. = Pugna gets 1 Oblivion stack every 1.3 sec. = Your next M1 damage depends on Oblivion stacks now. 1 stack = 1 dmg, 2 stack = 2 dmg, etc. = Can be recasted to change red fire to green fire. Green-charged M1 will heal any unit hit depends on Oblivion stacks. = After 3 sec passed his staff starts to flash very rapidly, warning him to use his M1 before his staff explodes. After 1.3 more secs staff will explode and deal all the accumulated damage/heal to Pugna. = M1 is completely replaced by this ability. It means you wont heal yourself if your projectile hits enemy and wont heal your ally and then damage yourself.

Somewhat standard cd like 12-18s

I had an interesting idea regarding this, what if pugna could fire a relatively large and pretty slow projectile with one of his abilities, and then his Q (which would be made to heal allies) could also heal this projectile making it bigger and then exploding it in the end.

Some other ability would need to be a control-type ability. For example his ward could apply a bigger slow the farther you from that ward or something like that.
