Tango buff doesn't refresh properly

When you get another tree buff while the other is active, The stacks do increase, but the total duration doesn't if I am not completely mistaken.

I looked the code up and there is no "duration" it just ticks once per second and decreases stacks, once there are no stacks it expires.
