Make SF soul counter increase R projectile count #330

Maybe make the CC scale based on hits too or something. Right now it is a wee bit underwhelming as ult but the hero seems pretty good.

Too many projectiles at once will create a lag I'm afraid

Man that's a shame. I've yet to form a proper opinion on the hero, this was more of a flavor suggestion anyway.
