Lone Druid 2.0 Remake #368

M1 - Ranged 1 dmg and slow. Deals 3 damage to rooted enemies. Q - Summon a spirit bear which deals 3 damage roots the first enemy on contact W - A rooting delayed AoE rectangle E - Transform to a melee form, gaining a new set of basic abilities

R - Throw a seed to the targeted AoE, which after a short delay Spawns a Tree. The Tree roots enemies briefly every 2 seconds in its AoE (Pit of Malice effect). The Tree has the exact same properties as Arena Trees, and the effect is cancelled if the tree is destroyed. Optional effect: Regenerates ground in its AoE.

Everything looks good for me except M1. I know it could be fine for anyone else but I just cant agree with 0 dmg attack no matter what effect it has, its just look super weird for me.

That's what it used to do though. It was a really dichotomic skill.

@13lackHawk okay I made few changes to both basic attacks, since I think you do have a point there. Also I remembered how his melee actually worked, so I made small changes to that too to reflect his old design.

I really like the R. Melee Q is fairly boring though. What I liked about the previous lone druid is how fast he transformed, in an updated concept that could be utilized for more of a combo potential at a cost of more complicated mechanics.

I think for LD (among other combo heroes such as TA) Basic attack CD exhaust increase is a pretty great mechanic to balance heroes. It makes missing the attack far more punishing.

His melee form is quite boring right now. It could have some extra effects like AoE slow fears if the target is rooted or something like that.
