Bacchus (Brew) - name changed to Aquarius

Starts with Drunk Buff. (Around 6 sec duration)

M1: Melee 1 dmg. Cooldown is halved when Drunk.

Q: Knockback enemies in ranged AoE and apply Drunk on enemies. Deals 2 damage.

Drunk: All sources deal 1 less of its total damage, dealing damage after short delay. At the end of buff become Hangovered. The delayed damage is not lethal.
Hangovered: Take 1 extra damage from all sources. At the end of Hangover heal back all the extra damage taken.

W: Send a dehydrating, extending wave of fire. Deals 2 damage. If shot when Drunk, increase range and deals extra 2 damage as DPS at cost of becoming hangovered yourself. Resets Hangover healing counter on hit.

E: Apply Drunk on yourself and Clear all status effects. Heals for 3.

R: Clap the ground, applying a major slow. Drunk enemies become hangovered. Deals 3 damage.

Pretty interesting 'alcoholic' mechanic. Did you take some experience from your own hangovers? xD

I don't have hangovers since I use E all the time
