error using Xperia #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When sync using putty 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Using Xperia X10 mini, windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.

1. When sync using putty 
2. get message Error: OSCOKIRQ failed to assert 
3. sometimes connect and disconnect to arduino
