Update text in the Zabbix 3.4 section #3

I just tried two more things, fix the broken links, but I do fail in that. But I at least tried. Also some updates and rewrites on the english text, typos. I also tried to be more explicit on where some tasks should take place.

Regarding broken links I utilize the github-markdown-toc tool which is very useful and generally works well.

I'll merge the PR and perform some minor clean up regarding grammar, etc.

@rouba002, I simplified your notes and fixed some minor syntax and other details to help make the document more readable and understandable.

Thank you again for taking the time and steps to test this in your instance.

I have yet to test your implementation but will plan to do so in the coming months.
