Also included a shell script that helps fix permission issues when
a zabbix database table is not owned by the zabbix owner. Notes were
added to address running SQL commands as the zabbix user. The zabbix
database user is no longer a superuser. This adheres better to security
best practices for database users.
Lastly syntax changes were made as well as some minor grammatical fixes.
