Character creator may only be opened once #14

The character creator, having not originally been designed as a plug-in, may 
only be launched once from the plug-in menu per RGG session. This should be 
fixed (probably requiring a redesign of the interface to be a single 
dockwidget, rather than a window containing its own dockwidgets).
