missing userip parameter #17

Google requires a userip parameter for resolving API Access issues
regarding server-side implementations.
http://code.google.com/apis/errors/

This would solve the problem while creating the request URL:
$parameters["userip"] = $_SERVER["REMOTE_ADDR"];
