feature request: triggerOnHover attribute for geometric objects for callAction, updateValue, triggerSet components #1909

If we do this, what should happen if one a phone or tablet without hover capabilities?

Perhaps we should use a tap or a long tap for touchscreen devices. I'm not sure what the effects of that change on other components would be, but I understand that there are some complications with using a tap for hover.
